Your security is paramount. All communication is encrypted and securely sent over HTTPS (TLS). We store your information safely in modern, protected relational databases and never sell, trade, or lease your private data to third-party advertising companies.
Account Deletion: You retain complete ownership of your data. You can instantly request the permanent deletion of all your personal records by clicking the "Delete Account" button inside the App Profile screen. This action immediately triggers a cascading delete, removing your profile, location coordinates, posts, comments, swipes, match records, and chat history permanently from our production databases.
Under Google Play's User Data policy, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your HeartMeet account and all associated personal data. You do not need to have the app installed to make this request.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your profile information, matching history, swipes, posts, comments, likes, and chat messages will be permanently erased from our active databases.
You can request deletion in two ways:
By accessing or registering with HeartMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the application. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use this platform.
HeartMeet acts as a community platform for users to share thoughts, posts, and message logs. You are solely responsible for all content you publish. Objectionable, abusive, or harmful content is strictly prohibited, including:
UGC Monitoring: To maintain a secure environment, HeartMeet implements strict UGC monitoring policies. Flagged or reported posts, comments, or users are reviewed by our moderation staff within 24 hours. Objectionable content will be removed immediately upon verification. Users violating our UGC conduct policies will receive formal warnings, and repeat violators will face permanent account suspension and device bans.
HeartMeet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee match success, compatibility accuracy, or uninterrupted platform uptime.
HeartMeet maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and solicitation. We are committed to providing a safe environment and preventing any harm to minors.
Any upload, sharing, transmission, or depiction of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: real, animated, generated, computer-simulated, cartoon, or text-based representations of minors in sexually suggestive or explicit contexts.
Reporting Mechanism: Users can immediately report any suspicious profiles, posts, or messages by clicking the "Report User" or flag icon within the application. All reports concerning child safety are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed by our dedicated trust and safety team within 24 hours.
If a user is found to have violated our child safety standards, we will immediately and permanently suspend their account, disable their device identifiers from creating future accounts, and delete all associated content from our servers.
In accordance with federal and international laws, HeartMeet complies with mandatory reporting requirements. Any discovered instances of CSAM or child exploitation will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local and federal law enforcement agencies.
